To claim the warranty, the following conditions must be met:
✔️ The claim must be made within the warranty period as per the invoice.
✔️ The original invoice must be provided.
✔️ The Techno X warranty sticker must be present on the laptop.
The warranty does not cover the following:
❌ Software and operating system issues (e.g., Windows errors, software malfunctions).
❌ Physical damage caused by the customer (e.g., broken parts, scratches, water damage).
❌ Damage due to natural disasters (e.g., fire, electrical surge, dead, complete hardware/motherboard failure due to external factors).
❌ Screen issues (e.g., lines, spots, dead pixels).
❌ Warranty cannot be claimed if:

Please make sure to record a video while opening the parcel.This is important in case there is any physical damage caused during courier transit — the video will serve as proof for a claim.Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to file a complaint with the courier company.So kindly ensure the unboxing video is recorded immediately upon receiving the package.
