100-Day Extensive Warranty
- If a customer faces any technical issue within 100 days of purchase, Team Techno X will diagnose and resolve the issue at no cost. The repair costs will be covered by Techno X.
- If the issue cannot be repaired, the laptop may be replaced:
- Same model replacement if available in stock.
- If the same model is not available, a different model of equivalent value will be offered.
- Replacement Conditions: The laptop must be in the same clean and undamaged condition as at the time of purchase. It must not have any physical damage, cracks, scratches, or faded parts.
15-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- Customers can return the laptop within 15 days of purchase for a full refund if:
- The laptop is in its original condition as purchased.
- The Techno X warranty sticker is intact.
- The original invoice is provided.
- No deductions will be made from the laptop price. However, the customer is responsible for both-way delivery charges.
Warranty Claim Process
To claim the warranty, the following conditions must be met: The claim must be made within the warranty period as per the invoice.
The original invoice must be provided.
The Techno X warranty sticker must be present on the laptop.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following: Software and operating system issues (e.g., Windows errors, software malfunctions).
Physical damage caused by the customer (e.g., broken parts, scratches, water damage).
Damage due to natural disasters (e.g., fire, electrical surge, dead, complete hardware/motherboard failure due to external factors).
Screen issues (e.g., lines, spots, dead pixels).
Warranty cannot be claimed if:
- The original invoice is missing.
- The Techno X warranty sticker is removed or damaged.
- The warranty period has expired.
